<A Song of degrees.>

1 오, 주여 제가 깊은 곳들로부터 당신께 부르짖었나이다.

1 Out of the depths have I cried unto thee, O LORD.

2 주여, 저의 음성을 들으소서. 당신의 두 귀로 저의 간구들의 음성에 열중하여 주소서.

2 Lord, hear my voice: let thine ears be attentive to the voice of my supplications.

3 오, 주여, 만일 주, 곧 당신께서 죄악들을 유의해 보신다면 누가 서리이까?

3 If thou, LORD, shouldest mark iniquities, O Lord, who shall stand?

4 그러나 당신께 용서가 있나니, 당신께서 두려워함을 받으시려 함이니이다.

4 But there is forgiveness with thee, that thou mayest be feared.

5 제가 주를 기다리나니, 저의 혼이 기다리며 제가 그분의 말씀에 소망을 두나이다.

5 I wait for the LORD, my soul doth wait, and in his word do I hope.

6 파수 보는 자들이 아침을 기다리는 것보다 저의 혼이 주를 더욱 기다리나이다. 제가 말씀드리오니, 파수 보는 자들이 아침을 기다리는 것보다 더하나이다.

6 My soul waiteth for the Lord more than they that watch for the morning: I say, more than they that watch for the morning.

7 이스라엘은 주께 소망을 둘지어다. 이는 주께 자비가 있으며, 그분께 풍요로운 구속이 있기 때문이라.

7 Let Israel hope in the LORD: for with the LORD there is mercy, and with him is plenteous redemption.

8 그런즉 그분께서 이스라엘을 그의 모든 죄악들에서 구속하시리라.

8 And he shall redeem Israel from all his iniquities.
